Cool post! I totally get where you’re coming from with this because I was always (still am) the shy type. My mom would always push me to be more open & talkative but it’s just not in my DNA. I tend to do things on my own terms, in my own time :)

Thank you for writing this! I also have a shy child. I got the same reactions from people when he was that age too. But now that he’s 9, he’s labeled as anti-social. No. He’s not anti-social. He loves being social. On HIS terms! And when HE feels comfortable.

Man I am behind on posts.
You were so kind and generous in this post. I would have used words like “moron,” and phrases like “kiss my ass.” But you are right. We deserve better as customers and I’m happy to take my twenty bucks far away from those jerks! Great write up Rox!!
